Welcome! Today we’re counting down our picks for the best motorcycle games that you should check out.
And without further ado, let’s dive right in.
#25. Hangin’ Off!

- Release Date: 2026
- Platform: PC
Alright, this one is basically a love letter to the retro arcade motorcycle games many of us used to play on actual arcade machines. It’s colorful, fast, simple, and obsessed with giving you that old-school racing feeling.
And sure, it’s nowhere near the realistic motorcycle sims people love to glaze nowadays, but that is not the point. This game is all about tight arcade handling, flashy tracks, and pure nostalgia.
So yeah, this one isn’t for the young guys. But if you are already wearing hats to cover your balding head, this one is made for you.
#24. Dakar Desert Rally

- Release Date: 2022
- Platform: PC, PS5, PS4, XSX/S, X1
Now, there are not many games that actually focus on the Dakar Rally, so we are pretty lucky to have this one. And in this game, the main point is not really about realistic vehicle physics. It’s more about navigation, orientation, and finding your way across huge open terrain.
Anyway, Arcade mode is the easiest way in for most players, while Pro and Simulation modes are there for those who want the full challenge.
So if you are tired of the usual road-bike racers, or even the same old motocross games, this one is definitely worth checking out.
#23. Bash Moto

- Release Date: 2026
- Platform: PC
Okay, this game is basically a spiritual successor to the legendary Road Rash series, and honestly, just look at it. It’s colorful, fast, and built around smashing other riders off their bikes.
I mean, you’re not just racing clean lines and chasing lap times here. You’re kicking, slamming, and bashing your way to the finish because that’s how you win.
So yeah, finally, arcade racing games are starting to flood the market again. And if you miss the days when racing games were allowed to be stupid and fun, this one should be on your radar.
#22. LANESPLIT

- Release Date: 2026
- Platform: PC
First things first, do not expect too much from this one because the whole game is basically about riding down long roads, splitting lanes, and avoiding traffic. That’s really all there is to it, and yes, the visuals can also look a little dark and repetitive after a while.
So who actually plays something like this? Well, it’s people who just want to unwind, put on some music, and cruise without thinking too hard. And if that sounds like exactly what you need after a long day, then maybe check this one out.
#21. LocoCycle

- Release Date: 2013
- Platform: PC, XSX/S, X1
Okay, I get it, you’re probably wondering what the hell this game is doing here. Well, you’re watching a video on motorcycle games, so that means any games about motorcycles go, whether it’s racing, open-world driving, or whatever this is.
Anyway, in this game, you play as a sentient motorcycle dragging its Spanish-speaking mechanic across America while fighting enemies and causing complete chaos.
And yes, critics were not exactly kind to this one, but honestly, you can still play it with your friends—assuming you have friends, of course—while taking turns to see who’s better at it.
#20. Grand Theft Auto V

- Release Date: 2013
- Platform: PC, PS5, PS4, XSX/S, X1
So, this one is still the go-to choice if you want a huge open world where both driving and riding actually feel fun, at least until GTA 6 finally takes over. I mean, around 90% of your time is basically spent going from point A to point B in whatever vehicle you like.
And not only that, if you’re on PC, you can install ultra-realistic graphics and vehicle mods too. That way, you can pretend you’re riding real-life sport bikes through a fictional Los Angeles while you’re actually just sitting alone in your room.
#19. FAST BEAT BATTLE RIDER

- Release Date: 2024
- Platform: PC
Alright, this is another arcade motorcycle racer, and the cool part is that it actually started out on real arcade machines before being ported to PC and released on Steam.
And yes, it’s obscure as hell, so most of you probably haven’t even heard of it. But if you’re feeling nostalgic for those flashy Japanese racing games you used to play in the ’90s and early 2000s, this one might hit the spot.
I mean, it’s simple, fast, colorful, and unapologetically arcade. So yeah, maybe it’ll make you happy again like back in the day, when life felt simpler.
#18. Moto Racer 4

- Release Date: 2016
- Platform: PC, PS5, PS4, XSX/S, X1, SWITCH 2, SWITCH
Now, this one is an arcade motorcycle racing game, plain and simple. And yes, it’s not groundbreaking, it’s not popular, and honestly, it doesn’t try to be anything more than a straightforward racer.
But if you already know what the typical low-budget arcade racing game looks like, then you probably won’t be disappointed. You get fast races, accessible handling, and enough variety to keep things moving without making your brain work too hard.
And obviously, if you grew up playing the original Moto Racer games, this one might be worth checking out for nostalgia alone.
#17. Star Wars: Galactic Racer

- Release Date: 2026
- Platform: PC, PS5, XSX/S
Okay, this one is actually a sci-fi racing game set in the Star Wars universe, not a proper motorcycle racer. Hell, there isn’t even a real motorcycle anywhere in the game.
But, just like the older games, it does feature Speeder bikes, and if you’re a fan of the franchise, you already know how cool those things are.
Anyway, I’m clearly stretching the definition of a motorcycle game, but goddamn, the game looks way too good to ignore. So yeah, if you’re into fast sci-fi racing and the Star Wars universe, maybe keep an eye on this one.
#16. Road Redemption

- Release Date: 2017
- Platform: PC, PS5, PS4, XSX/S, X1, SWITCH 2, SWITCH
So, this one is basically another spiritual successor to the Road Rash games, just like Bash Moto. But while Bash Moto looks colorful and almost cartoonish, this game is way more brutal and gritty.
I mean, you’re still racing bikes and beating the hell out of other riders, but everything feels dirtier and more violent here.
And not only that, it also has four-player local split-screen, so you can play it with your friends in your mom’s basement.
So yeah, if you miss Road Rash and want something nastier, grab a few friends and beat each other up.
#15. GP Bikes

- Release Date: 2021
- Platform: PC
Alright, this one is easily one of the best motorcycle sims out there. But yeah, it’s also pretty bare-bones, and the graphics are honestly nothing special.
So yeah, this game definitely isn’t for everyone. It’s mainly for people who don’t mind tinkering around, changing settings, and installing a bunch of mods to make everything better.
But once you get it all set up properly, that’s when the game really starts to shine. The physics are insanely detailed, the riding feels rewarding, and chances are you’ll end up getting addicted to it after learning how everything works.
#14. Cyberpunk 2077

- Release Date: 2020
- Platform: PC, PS5, PS4, XSX/S, X1, SWITCH 2
Okay, no, I’m not trolling, because this game honestly offers one of the best virtual motorcycle riding experiences you can get today. I mean, just look at those graphics mods that went viral a while ago—they made the streets, lighting, and vehicles look insanely realistic.
But of course, don’t expect the riding physics to match those visuals. This is still an open-world action RPG first and foremost, not a motorcycle sim.
Still, if you’re into cruising around Night City on cool, high-tech futuristic bikes in a cyberpunk setting, then you really don’t need to look anywhere else.
#13. TrackDayR

- Release Date: 2021
- Platform: PC
If you love Assetto Corsa, you might want to check this one out. It aims to be a complete motorcycle simulator that lets you ride pretty much every type of motorbike you can think of.
Not only that, the idea of modding in almost any bike and track is seriously appealing. Also, the devs are constantly rolling out updates, and you can actually feel the game improving with each one.
So, if you’re into modding and don’t mind supporting a project that’s still growing, give this one a try. It’s unfinished, sure, but the potential here is massive.
#12. Grand Theft Auto IV: The Lost and Damned

- Release Date: 2009
- Platform: PC, XSX/S, X1
Okay, driving in GTA 4 was challenging for most people because the physics were more realistic compared to other games of its time. Then, Rockstar released two DLCs, and one of them was this game.
Here, you’re a member of an outlaw biker gang, doing missions that involve riding around on bikes and engaging in shootouts. It’s as simple as that.
And yes, the riding is quite challenging at first, but stick with it and you’ll regret not playing this back then.
Oh, and there are also fun and brutal Road Rash-style bike races, just so you know.
#11. MX vs. ATV Reflex

- Release Date: 2009
- Platform: PC, XSX/S, X1
Alright, Reflex was the GOAT back in the day, and hardcore motocross fans still praise it for good reason. But let’s be honest, if you’re playing it for the first time now, you might not feel the same magic.
I mean, nostalgia can make older games seem better than they really were. And newer games have come a long way in terms of graphics, mechanics, and overall polish since Reflex first hit the scene.
So if you’re already a fan, this one still hits hard. But if you’re new or casual, keep your expectations realistic.
#10. Grand Theft Auto VI

- Release Date: 2026
- Platform: PS5, XSX/S
Okay okay, I know that this game hasn’t been released yet, and we still haven’t seen a proper gameplay showcase. But come on, it’s Rockstar. I know goddamn well this game will be stupidly fun, even if all you do is drive around, explore Leonida, and mess with every vehicle you can steal.
And judging from the trailers, it looks like all kinds of bikes will be very common, especially with the street riding culture inspired by real-life Miami. So yeah, this is a prediction pick. But if any unreleased game deserves that trust, it’s GTA 6.
#9. TT Isle of Man: Ride on the Edge 3

- Release Date: 2023
- Platform: PC, PS5, PS4, XSX/S, X1, SWITCH 2, SWITCH
Now, this one is a realistic motorcycle racing game focusing on the Isle of Man TT event, which is one of the most dangerous motorsport events in history. I mean, that alone already makes this one different from the usual circuit racers.
Not only that, you also get an open world you can explore riding various sportbikes, so you’re not always stuck doing races.
Also, the roads are fast, narrow, and unforgiving, and one mistake can ruin everything. So yeah, if you’re into realistic and dangerous road racing, this is easily one of the best motorcycle games right now.
#8. Trials Rising

- Release Date: 2019
- Platform: PC, PS5, PS4, XSX/S, X1, SWITCH 2, SWITCH
So this one is more of a 2.5D physics-based side-scrolling game than a traditional racing game. But you’re still racing against the clock, and honestly, the satisfaction of clearing a track perfectly scratches the same itch as a proper sim racer.
I mean, every jump, landing, and tiny movement matters, so one small mistake can ruin the entire run. That’s also why it gets so addictive.
So yeah, if you’re the type of player with OCD who must do everything perfectly, this game will probably consume a significant amount of your time—and perhaps your life.
#7. MotoGP 26

- Release Date: 2026
- Platform: PC, PS5, XSX/S, SWITCH 2, SWITCH
Alright, this annual series is basically the FIFA of motorcycle games. Sure, the gameplay changes every year, sometimes for the better and sometimes for the worse, but most players won’t care because they just want the newest game with the latest riders and bikes.
Still, the physics here feel better than last year, so at least there’s a real improvement this time.
And while this one isn’t really made for the most hardcore sim players, it’s still the go-to choice for people getting into motorcycle games. So naturally, it earns a spot in the top ten on this list.
#6. MX vs ATV Legends

- Release Date: 2022
- Platform: PC, PS5, PS4, XSX/S, X1
This game was considered pretty trash when it first came out, and honestly, that reputation was deserved. But after years of updates, fixes, and added content, it’s actually become a really solid motocross game.
And for the mainstream audience, this is probably the go-to choice right now. The graphics look great, there’s plenty of content, and it’s much easier to get into than the hardcore sims.
So yeah, if you’re not the kind of physics snob who complains about every tiny detail, this one will probably end up being your main dirt bike game for a long time to come.
#5. Days Gone

- Release Date: 2019
- Platform: PC, PS5, PS4
Now, I know some of you probably think I’m trolling by putting this one in this video. But seriously, just look at the gameplay. You’re practically inseparable from your bike for most of the game.
And it’s not just transportation either. Your bike is crucial for surviving zombie chases, hunting down thieves, and traveling across the post-apocalyptic world. Also, you can upgrade its fuel tank, engine, durability, and other parts so it lasts longer and performs better.
So yeah, if you want a massive non-racing game where motorcycles actually matter, this one absolutely deserves your attention.
#4. The Crew Motorfest

- Release Date: 2023
- Platform: PC, PS5, PS4, XSX/S, X1
Okay, unlike The Crew 2, where motorcycles were basically just there without much proper content, this one actually gives bikes their own racing playlist.
And yes, this is also one of the most popular racing games out there right now, so you’re getting way more than just bikes. There are cars, boats, planes, and plenty of events to mess around with.
So yeah, if you want a modern open-world racing game where you can cruise around the map riding bikes you can’t afford in real life, then honestly, this is probably the best option available right now.
#3. RiMS Racing

- Release Date: 2021
- Platform: PC, PS5, PS4, XSX/S, X1, SWITCH 2, SWITCH
So this one is also one of the most recommended games if you want a realistic motorcycle racing sim. And yes, it’s hard when you’re new, but hey, that’s just how sims work. They need focus, patience, and a lot of practice before they start feeling rewarding.
And in this game, you also have to deal with spare parts, pit stops, bike maintenance, and other racing elements. So unlike other motorcycle sims where the physics are basically the main attraction, this one goes much deeper.
Simply put, if you want something technical and demanding, this is your game.
#2. MX Bikes

- Release Date: 2019
- Platform: PC
Alright, this one has pretty much become one of the go-to motocross sims right now, finally taking the crown from MX Sim for a lot of players. And honestly, it’s easy to see why.
The graphics are better, the physics are more realistic, and you’re definitely gonna crash a lot before everything starts clicking. But once it does, the game becomes insanely rewarding.
Not only that, the huge modding scene lets you add bikes, tracks, and plenty of other stuff. So if you want one motocross game you can keep playing and customizing for years, this is it.
#1. RIDE 6

- Release Date: 2026
- Platform: PC, PS5, XSX/S
Now, this one feels like a clear step up from RIDE 5, especially if you care about content variety, because now we finally have dirt races too.
Also, most players seem to be having a good time with it, while hardcore RIDE fans are having meltdowns because the physics aren’t realistic enough.
And honestly, if you remember that this is a video game and just play it like one, you’ll probably have fun. But if you expect every detail to be realistic, down to the physics of every atom, you’ll probably complain no matter what.
